Having been bitten by a radioactive spider, Miles Morales has the ability to transform into a crime-fighting superhero. He is an everyman, a teenage boy from Brooklyn who possesses spidey senses that help him battle iconic villains such as the Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus. This version of Spider-man is the newest addition to the Marvel universe and made his debut in 2018’s Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.
The young hero wore a basic black and red suit in the movie, similar to his comics origins. The game’s Miles wears a more advanced version of this suit, which can be unlocked by completing several side missions in Harlem, including Roxxon Lab challenges and Underground Hideout challenges. To complete the look, pair the suit with a hoodie and shorts for a street-style superhero look.
After completing the Roxxon Lab challenges, the hero is clued in to an additional mission that upgrades his suit to a gold and red design, which is reminiscent of his uncle’s antihero persona, The Prowler. To complete this look, pair the suit with a black hoodie and red sneakers for an ensemble that’s ready to take on The Prowler and other bad guys in his neighborhood.
This version of the suit has a cel-shaded style, which gives our hero a cartoony look, in keeping with his Spider-Verse debut in 2018.
